Why say where not to park?

People park where it looks easy: a driveway, a side street, a loading bay. Name the spot to keep clear, with a short reason.

Kill this Say this (illustrative) Why
Parking available po Park: the open lot behind the covered court. A place, not a promise
Please park properly Do not park on the side street. Name the spot to keep clear
Venue is near the parking About five minutes’ walk to the side gate. An honest walk time
Limited slots, first come first served!!! Lot full? Use the school lot two blocks north. A fallback, not a race

Kill this: the habit lines.

How do you give the walk time honestly?

Walk it yourself, at a normal pace, from the far end of the lot to the gate. Use that time, not the time from the nearest space.

If the walk is long, uneven or dark, say so. Name a drop-off point for anyone who should not walk far.

When should it go out?

With the confirmation, then once on the day. On the day, send only the three lines.

How does this play out in PH and SG?

Same three lines. Different streets.

Philippines desk. Around Manila, events often borrow a school or barangay lot. Confirm it with whoever controls it, name the tricycle drop-off, and send the text on Viber or WhatsApp, where guests already talk.

Singapore and wider APAC desk. Venue car parks often have their own rules and charges. Name the one the venue uses, say if public transport is easier, and keep the first line lock-screen short.
