The rain delay lifted twenty minutes ago. Half the guests are still under the covered court because nobody said they could go.
The hold ended. The message did not.
All-clear text English APAC is the one field message after a hold: the venue is safe, guests may leave, here is how.
Street-smart APAC English: short sentences a tired operator can say out loud.
It closes the loop on our rain delay notice English APAC and our event postponement notice English APAC. The delay text keeps people put. The all-clear text lets them move. If the program will restart instead of ending, say that in the first line and use our queue update announcement English APAC for the re-entry line.
What goes in an all-clear text English APAC?
Three lines. Status, what guests should do, how to exit.
All-clear text (illustrative):
“All clear. The weather hold is over.”
“You may leave when you are ready.”
“Exit: side gate to the main road. Marshals in teal vests can guide you.”
Send it in the same SMS, Viber or WhatsApp thread as the delay notice, so people see both. The first line must work on a lock screen.

Why say the exit route?
Because “you may leave” without a door sends a crowd into the nearest opening. Name the gate, the road side and who can help. If transport has moved, say where the pickup is now.
If the program will continue, do not send a leave-now all-clear. Send a restart line instead: time, place, what to do with bags still in the holding area.
| Kill this | Say this (illustrative) | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Ok na, thanks! | All clear. The weather hold is over. | Status, not slang only |
| Everyone can go na po!!!! | You may leave when you are ready. | Calm permission |
| Follow the crowd. | Exit: side gate to the main road. | A named route |
| Wait for further advice. | Marshals in teal vests can guide you. | Who helps now |
| Drill complete, resume normal ops. | All clear. You may leave by the side gate. | Plain words guests use |

Who is allowed to send the all-clear?
One named role, after the safety lead says the hold is over. Do not let every marshal improvise a different line. The megaphone and the text must match.
Write the all-clear before the event, next to the delay notice. A weather hold or a short drill is not the moment to invent English.
What if some guests should stay?
Say who stays and why, in one line. “Volunteers and stage crew stay for a five-minute debrief at the marshal table.” Everyone else gets the leave line. Do not mix the two audiences in one muddy paragraph.
If an incident log is open, keep the guest text short and put detail in the log, not in the blast. Our incident log English APAC is for the desk, not for the crowd.
How does this play out in PH and SG?
Same three lines. Different holds.
Philippines desk. Covered-court events pause for rain more often than for drills. Send the all-clear on the same Viber or WhatsApp thread as the delay, and have marshals repeat the exit gate out loud. Name tricycle and jeepney pickup if it moved during the hold.
Singapore and wider APAC desk. Indoor venues may hold for a fire drill or a weather warning outside. Name the exit the venue wants guests to use, not the nearest glass door. Keep the first line short for guests reading on a train home.

Paste-ready lock (illustrative):
“All clear. (The hold) is over.”
“You may leave when you are ready.”
“Exit: (the gate). (Who can guide you).”
Proof boundary: communications craft, not legal advice. Safety leads decide when the hold ends; this note only carries that decision.
