01 — Context
A city-sized audience.
Quezon City is the most populous city in the Philippines: close to three million people across six congressional districts and 142 barangays.
Atty. Jose Christopher “Kit” Belmonte is a lawyer who served as the first Representative of the city’s 6th District from 2013 to 2022. His campaign needed one place online for a city-wide conversation: who he is, what he proposes for Quezon City, and how people can take part.
02 — Challenge
Substance, on a small screen.
- Speak to the whole city. Introduce a record built in one district to residents in all six.
- Make policy readable on a phone. An agenda people will actually scroll through, not a PDF or a poster.
- Use the city’s language. Filipino first, with English where it carries the detail.
- Stay on the record. Biography and public roles drawn from the public record, with photos of the principal taken from his official public posts.
03 — What we delivered
One page, seven scenes.
We built a single-page campaign website that reads like a short film. Every scene has one job, and the whole story sits behind one link the campaign can share anywhere: kitbelmonteparasaqc.com.
- 01Opening. “May KB sa QC” over rotating night stills of Quezon City landmarks, an official field photo, and two clear actions: join, or read the agenda. A ticker below carries the campaign’s short lines.
- 02Manifesto. The argument in one pull quote and three short paragraphs.
- 03Sino si Kit. A biography covering education, law practice and House service.
- 04Agenda. Six cards: flooding, barangay health centres, classrooms, green space, transparent public services, and a safer city at night.
- 05Record. Committee work in Congress and a timeline of public roles.
- 06Ang Lungsod. A horizontal photo gallery of the city.
- 07Sumali. A volunteer section with a short form and five ways to help, from barangay volunteering to digital content.

Features
Built for the phone first.
Mobile-first layout
Navigation folds into a menu, sections stack into one column, and nothing scrolls sideways on a 390px-wide phone.
Filipino first
The page is set in Filipino, with English used where it carries policy detail.
One link to share
A single self-contained page: story, agenda, record and sign-up behind one address.
Clear next steps
“Sumama sa kilos” and “Basahin ang agenda” in the opening scene, and a “Sumali” button that stays in the navigation.
Editorial type
Bebas Neue headlines, Cormorant Garamond for voice and Inter for reading, on a night-blue and gold palette.
Sourced imagery, secure delivery
The footer says where photos of the principal come from. The site is served over HTTPS, and plain-http requests redirect to it.

04 — Outcome
The whole story, one address.
The campaign now has one shareable address that carries its full story: who Kit Belmonte is, what he proposes for Quezon City, the record behind it, and a way to sign up.
It reads in Filipino first, works on a phone, and keeps the agenda and record one tap from the opening scene. The site is live at kitbelmonteparasaqc.com.
