01 — Context
A lawyer people already know online.
Atty. Tony Roman is a lawyer who gives free legal advice on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, explaining legal issues in plain Filipino. Many visitors arrive having seen him there first.
The website had to turn that online familiarity into something more complete for Bataan: what he wants for the province, who he is, and how people can get involved.
02 — Challenge
From explainer videos to an agenda.
- Speak the audience’s language. Filipino throughout, in the same plain voice as the videos.
- Make the agenda scannable. Four commitments that read quickly on a phone, each with enough detail to mean something.
- Keep the explainers close. Put the rights videos that built his audience on the same page as the agenda.
- Give people a next step. A newsletter sign-up and a join form, both easy to find.
03 — The website
One page, five sections.
The site is a single page with a short, fixed navigation (Pangarap, Sino si Tony, Bidyo, Sumali), so every section is one tap away: attytonyroman.com.
- 01Opening. “Atty. Tony Roman, Walang Lawkohan” in bold type over a Philippine flag, with a newsletter sign-up beside it.
- 02Ang Pangarap Natin para sa Bataan. A four-point agenda: health, education, livelihood, and a fair justice system.
- 03Kilala mo si Tony. A short profile built around his free legal-advice work online, followed by a full-width quote on leadership.
- 04Video Vault. Three explainer videos on the rights of the accused, of household workers, and of every Filipino.
- 05Sumali sa Team Tony Roman. A short join form with name, email and the role people want to take on.

Features
Plain language, phone first.
Filipino throughout
Headings, agenda and profile are written in Filipino, in the same plain voice as his videos.
Four clear commitments
Health, education, livelihood and justice, each as a numbered card with its own short description.
Explainers on the page
The Video Vault puts three rights explainers next to the agenda, so the site carries the same public-education work as his channels.
Two ways to join
A newsletter sign-up on the opening screen and a “Sumali” join form at the end, with “Sumali” always in the navigation.
Works on a phone
Navigation folds into a menu, sections stack into one column, and nothing scrolls sideways on a 390px-wide screen.
Secure by default
The site is served over HTTPS, and plain-http and non-www addresses redirect to it.

04 — Outcome
One address for Bataan.
Atty. Tony Roman now has one address that carries more than a social profile can: his agenda for Bataan, a short introduction, his rights explainers, and ways for supporters to sign up.
It reads in Filipino, works on a phone, and keeps every section one tap from the navigation. The site is live at attytonyroman.com.
